These Terms of Use govern access to Creatorcade.com. By using this website or submitting a signup form, you agree to these terms.

Development-stage website

Creatorcade is currently in development. Descriptions, artwork, roadmaps, features, economic models, beta plans, and launch plans are preliminary and may change. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, payment, placement, employment, partnership, or participation in any testing program.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business-interest purposes related to learning about Creatorcade and requesting future updates. You may not interfere with the site, submit false or abusive information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Waitlists and beta testing

Creatorcade may invite selected people to alpha or beta testing in waves. Access may be limited, suspended, reset, or ended at any time. Future testing may require additional agreements, age requirements, confidentiality terms, technical requirements, or community rules.

Creator and revenue statements

Any description of creator revenue sharing is a statement of current product direction, not a guaranteed offer. Final eligibility rules, percentages, fees, tax requirements, payout thresholds, ownership terms, and creator agreements will be published before any revenue program begins.

Intellectual property

The Creatorcade name, branding, website design, original graphics, text, and other site materials are owned by Creatorcade or used with permission. These terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, impersonate, or create misleading derivative branding.

Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party hosting, security, analytics, email, or form-processing services. Creatorcade is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Creatorcade disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creatorcade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this development-stage website.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
